Sunday are always hard for me... but I'm pretty proud of my day today! The only thing that was really bad was my water intake... only 4 glasses. Booooo! Made my workout more difficult...
But a HUGE accomplishment was made today... I ran for 10 minutes, non-stop, no breaks!!!! TEN MINUTES!!!!!! It felt awesome! I am starting to think that I can actually do this 5k in May... 2 months from tomorrow... I KNOW I CAN I KNOW I CAN I KNOW I CAN!
