Total Loss - 10.8 pounds!

1 cup Fit & Active Non-Fat Vanilla Yogurt
1.4 cup frozen blueberries

Snack -
10 Fit & Active Ranch Rice Cakes
Lunch -
2 cups Dole Italian Blend Salad
tomatoes and green chiles
black beans
2 tablespoons sour cream
Snack -
1 Granny Smith Apple
Dinner -
16 shrimp with jerk seasoning
1 cup corn off the cob
2 servings of Aldi's steamed garden veggies
Calorie intake was a bit low today. Just not a hungry day I guess. I was swamped most of the day at work, so maybe that had a bit to do with it. Dinner was super yummy, and I resisted great temptation to sneak a bite of the boxed cheddar mashed potatoes that Jeff wanted me to make him to go with his shrimp. Their aroma filled the kitchen, making my taste buds water.... but I resisted! I'm sure I won't regret it tomorrow when I jump on the scale and see that I didn't gain! (hopefully)!
