2.6.11 - Weigh-in & Food Detail

First off, happy 27th birthday to my big brother Ben! Anyway...

Weight - 175

Total Loss - 14.8 pounds!

Breakfast -
1 banana sliced into a cup of Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt. I didn't eat all the yogurt, so maybe about .8 of a cup was consumed...

Lunch - you all are going to hate me. But it was my brother's birthday party, and considering the choices, I could have done A LOT worse!

about 6 ounces of bbq chicken breasts
1/2 a cup Italian Green Beans (these sound healthy, they the bacon (juices/fat included) make it the most unhealthy version of green beans on earth!)
LOTS of fruit! My Grandma Ann makes the BEST Edible Fruit Bouquets for everyone's birthdays. They're prettier than the ones you pay over $100 for from Edible Arrangements!
Bean dip - I made it using fat free beans, fat free sour cream, homemade taco seasoning, lettuce, tomatoes, and fat free cheese. I served them with Whole Grain Tostitos. I had WAY too much of this.... just sayin....
and now, for the real kicker.......... 1/2 a slice of Bob Evans French Silk pie.... OMG it was SO good, and I only had 1/2 a slice!

No dinner... do you really think I was hungry???

Workout -
c25k training. I was exhausted last night and very easily could have just gone to bed. But I knew, especially after eating what I did, that I HAD to workout! So I dragged my lazy butt over to Lacey's and did my thing. I'm a better person for it, right? ;-)
