Sundays are usually very difficult for me. I typically forget to eat breakfast and dinner. Today we had to go to the grocery before church for a few things. So when we got home, it was about 10am and I made a point to eat a good breakfast. Then after my workout, at 10pm, I went through McDonalds and got a salad because I could feel how hungry I was, especially after working out! I think I did well for a Sunday!
