2.5.11 - Weigh-in & Food Details

Weight - 175.8

Total Loss - 14 pounds!

Breakfast -
didn't think about eating. Saw snow and ice falling from the sky and remembered that Aiden needed diapers and we needed other things. So, I ran out to the grocery for an hour and stocked up on everything!

Lunch -
Romaine and spinach salad with 2 tablespoons Fat Free Honey Dijon dressing topped with 1/2 a can of tuna, 1 hard-boiled egg and 1 tablespoon sweet relish.

Snack - about 8-10 years ago, I tried cottage cheese. I still remember when it happened... I ordered it as a side at Cracker Barrell because my mom insisted that it was good! OMG it was SO not good! Needless to say, I never tried it again. But something came over me today at the grocery when I was buying fat-free sour cream and I saw Dean's Fat Free small curd Cottage Cheese.... so, I bought it. And I tried it... and the verdict from my tastebuds is......................
Not too shabby... so, I ate about an eighth of a cup and gave the rest to Jeff. I think it is a texture thing, because the taste really wasn't bad! It will just take some getting used to. Maybe I'll try putting other things in it... pineapple or something.
So anyway, I then had a banana for my snack :-)

Dinner - Mexican take-out from El Rancho Grande.
Chicken Fajitas, no oil, no tortillas. Just lettuce, guacamole, and pico de gallo. So delicious!!!

Today was a crazy day. Aiden kept spiking a 104.4 fever, so my day was basically consumed with trying to keep his temp down to a manageable level.

I didn't "exercise", in the typical sense of the word, today. However, I did about an hours worth of grocery shopping, and that can get pretty intense! ;-) So at least I got that walking in!
