Picked up some McDondald's on the way home from taking Aiden to the doctor.Grilled Chicken Casear Salad - YUM!
This week has been absolutely incredible! I mean, I have lost a significant amount of weight, with ZERO workouts! WOW! I think part of it was getting over my "female stuff" or whatever you want to call it... so the bloating going away helped, I'm sure! Next week's goal - get a treadmill and run run run!
Workout -
HOORAY FOR BEING ACTIVE TODAY! I KNEW I had to work out today. There was nothing that was going to stop me!
