2.1.11 - Weigh-In & Food Detail

Weight - 177.8

Total Loss - 12 pounds!

Breakfast -
1 cup Fit & Active Non-Fat Vanilla Yogurt
1/4 cup frozen blueberries

Lunch -
Homemade turkey burger with 1/2 a wedge Laughing Cow French Onion cheese spread on top (no bun)
10 Asparagus spears
10 Fit & Active Ranch Rice Cakes

Dinner -
1.5 grilled pork chops with lemon, garlic, and herbs
1 cup of broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots

Snack -
1 cup rainbow sherbet

Confession - I did not drink enough water today. I was off work and I just didn't think about it. Oh well, there's always tomorrow. Another confession - I didn't work out today. With all the ice that fell from the sky, I wasn't even about to risk it, even though I only have to drive a mile. A final confession - I immensely enjoyed being iced in with my husband and son :-)
