
Now I weigh 174.4 with a waist of 33 inches and hips of 43 inches. That's a 15.4 pound loss and a 2-inch loss of both my hips and my waist. This is what that looks like.............

So how do I feel? I feel fantastic! I feel better than I have in a LONG time! Even though I have been going to bed about 2 hours later than I would before (so that I can workout after Aiden goes to bed), I feel much more rested than I ever did before! I am finding it a natural habit already to choose healthy snacks, instead of easily picking up a bag of potato chips or piece of chocolate. I find that I look forward to my workouts every day and am proud of myself for pushing harder than I ever thought I could!
I can't wait to see what the next 7 weeks brings...
