Romaine and Spinach salad with 2 tablespoons Kraft Fat Free Honey Dijon dressing
1/2 a can of Tuna
1/4 cup Dean's Fat Free Small Curd Cottage Cheese
Dinner -
12-inch Turkey BLT Flatbread from Subway with lettuce, tomato, spinach, pickles, jalapenos, and mustard.
After eating the whole 12-inch sub, I regretted it... I had the calories left for the day, but in the middle of the night I woke up with a terribly upset stomach! Ugh...
The past 5 days have been a nightmare. I have slept the equivilant of 1 good night's sleep in the past 5 nights combined. I have exercised 1 day. I have managed to eat well, thankfully, but caring for an infant with pneumonia is exhausting!!! Hopefully tonight will be better!
