2.18.11 - Weekly Weigh-In

Beginning Weight: 189.8

Last Friday's Weight: 175.6

Today's Weight: 174.2

Total Loss: 16.4 pounds!

I feel good about my weight loss this week! My original goal was 2 pounds per week, but I am realizing that sometimes that is just not going to happen! I had 2 meals this week that were far from healthy, and I only worked out 3 times. So a 1 and a half pound loss is more than I was expecting! HOORAY!
