2.3.11 - Weigh-In & Food Detail

Total Loss - 13.2 pounds!

Breakfast -
1/2 a cup Non-Fat Fit & Active Vanilla Yogurt
1/4 cup frozen blueberries

Snack -
1 hard-boiled egg

Lunch -
Leftover turkey burger
2 cups Dole Italian Blend salad with 2 tablsepoons fat free Italian dressing
1 Light String Cheese

Snack -
10 (1 serving) Fit & Active Ranch Rice Cakes

Dinner -
6oz. Eye of Round Steak
sauted mushrooms
peas

Again, no exercise. My exercise the past 2 days has been chasing Aiden around the house while iced in. Now I am back to work, so back to being sedentary. Hoping to get a treadmill this weekend so I can run every morning before Aiden wakes up! We shall see what the weekend brings..........
