First of all, I have no idea how I came in so far under my calories today! I was pretty swamped at work most of the day, so maybe I just didn't think about eating? Who knows... anyway, I started Jillian Michael's 30-Day Shred today. I am in love with the woman.... or at least her workout! I could do it every single day! I love love love it!!! I can already feel the burn in my legs, so I know tomorrow is going to be rough. But that just lets me know it's working!

Remember how I told you I was only going to weigh in on Fridays, but I might sneak a peek every now and again? Well, I'm finding it very very difficult to not weigh-in every morning! I just haven't been logging the weigh-in, so I tend to forget exactly what the scale says... But, I didn't forget today, because it was 174.4, which is officially over 15 pounds lost :-) So we will see what Friday's reading brings. I will also be measuring those days too. I had been measuring on Mondays, but I never logged them on here. So I will start that too.

Anyway, off to bed now! Nighty night all!!
