1 cup fat free Vanilla Yogurt
10 oz. black coffee
Lunch - leftover turkey tacos, but in a salad. YUM!
4oz. ground turkey
2 tablespoons sour cream
1/2 cup fat free refried beans
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup salsa
3 cups romaine lettuce
Snack -
1 1/2 cups grapes
Dinner - Jeff took our youth group to a concert, so it was just me and the Little Man! (Boy did I enjoy that!! Aiden is probably sick of my kisses and hugs by now!)
McDonald's grilled chicken caesar salad
No workout today, but believe you me, chasing a crawling & cruising 10 month old around the house for 2 1/2 hours is workout enough for me :-)
