2.2.11 - Weigh-in & Food DetailWeight -

Weight - 176.8

Total Loss - 13 pounds!

Breakfast -
2 Hard Boiled eggs
1 red apple

Lunch -
Homemade turkey burger
1/2 a wedge French Onion Laughing Cow Cheese
Snack -
1 cup Rainbow Sherbet
Dinner - Homemade Chicken Fajitas! (I even made my own seasoning so the sodium content wouldn't be through the roof!)
8oz. chicken
Onions
Light sour cream
Fat-Free Refried Beans
I inhaled 10 cups of water today... whew!
I'm not entirely sure why I am losing weight so quickly all of a sudden. I know last week was up and down (I believe it was due to female issues...) so maybe now since that's over my body is just getting back to where it should have been before all the bloating occurred. I just hope I'm not losing too fast. I don't want to gain it all back like I've done before!
