2.7.11 - Weigh-in & Food Detail

Weight - 176 (not too bad after yesterday's consumptions!)

Total Loss - 13.8 pounds!

Breakfast -
I didn't get to eat any because Aiden is sick, so I am home with him, and he fell asleep in my arms and slept through breakfast.

Lunch -
Leftover bean dip from Ben's birthday with guacamole and 1 whole wheat tortilla

Snack -
Granny Smith Apple

Dinner -
Subway 6-inch Turkey BLT on flatbread with lettuce, tomato, spinach, and jalapenos.
