1.) I will be weighing in once a week... you heard me right! No more every day weigh-ins. They're too discouraging when I fluctuate so much, which is bound to happen on a day-to-day basis! So, Fridays will be my weigh-in day! I may secretly take a peek at the scale throughout the week, but I will NOT be bloging it, because chances are, if I don't write it down, I won't remember it :-) ("Baby brain" did not end for me after my pregnancy....)
2.) My food detail will now appear in chart form! "ooooh... aaaahhhh".... I know that's exactly what you were thinking :-) No, I'm not spending hours creating a chart of all the food for every meal and all of the nutrition facts. What I did do is figure out how to copy and paste my food chart on My Fitness Pal, where I log my calories every day, into my blog! That way you all can not only see what I will be eating, but you can see the nutritional values, too!
So, those are the current changes I will be making to my blog! Thanks for sticking with me throughout this journey! It's only just begun!
