I did my c25k training this morning... I was sup
posed to progress on to Week 4 today, but I was still struggling with week 3 (I think partly it's getting used to my new treadmill because it runs a little different than the one at my friend's
house.) So I think this week I am sticking with week 3, and then I will move on, probably on Sunday, I'm guessing.

Jeff bought me a new workout thing today.... Jillian Michaels Wii game!
